It is obvious PJ/GNR is involved in Madeleine disappearance and knows where she is. I'm sure there is network behind Madeleines abduction and some of them are members of PJ. They followed Madeleines family and took photographs of her they choosed and targeted Madeleine.
What is special is that Murat and playgroundman has a connection and they seems to know each other.

Looks like the same guy in all the photos to me, certainly. But he is definitely not black ... dark skinned and of Mediterranean extraction I would say.
He could have been around PDL at that time for a number of reasons, ... not necessarily to do with Madeleine.
Unfortunately, you are mistaken. This guy has been investigated by M3 and CEOP and he is totally innocent. He is not with the PJ or GNR.

PJ has tried to hide identity of this person, because this snapshot is strongest evidence about that fact Madeleine was shadowed by PJ before abduction.
