Madeleine McCann possibly eaten by Portuguese pigs.

I just can't understand how anyone can believe this rubbish that Joana's mother was guilty.

Madeleine McCann possibly eaten by Portuguese pigs

http://fondationprincessedecroy.over-blog.org/article-12736754.html

There are no paedophile networks in Portugal, but a precedent case: Joana Cipriano would have been chopped to pieces and given for the pigs to eat.

Five Portuguese police officers, among which Chief Inspector Amaral who is leading the McCann inquiry and Chief Inspector Pereira Cristovao, now columnist for the "Diario de Noticias" and presumed "source close to the police" that divulgates inviolable secrets of the McCann inquiry, where charged in June with torture upon Joana's mother, omission of evidence and falsification of documents, we learn with three months delay.

Joana Cipriano, aged 8, vanished, on September 13, 2004 from a village, a few miles away from where Madeleine McCann has vanished. A few days later, her mother would have had the strange idea of confiding to her lover, while they were at judicial police headquarters, that she had an incestuous relationship with her brother and that they had killed the little girl.

Leonor Cipriano was arrested on November 14, 2004. The police officer leading the McCann case, the one presumed to divulgate the secrets of the inquiry and others, took turn to interrogate her two days and to nights running, leaving her only two hours rest. Her body and face was a mass of bruises by then and she had "admitted" having murdered her daughter. She retracted as soon as she met her lawyer the next day. She would have tried to commit "suicide" by "throwing herself down stairs", according the police.

Joana Cipriano
Little girl who would have been eaten by pigs.

The uncle of the child, who has an intelligence level considerably lower than the average, according to his lawyer, had in a video taped "confession", also deprived of his fundamental right to a defence.

This led to sentence Leonor and João Cirpiano to sixteen years of prison for having chopped the child in pieces, and then given her for the pigs to eat, according to the "Gazeta Digital", without explaining why neither the police nor the sniffer dogs ever found her bones in the pigsty, nor protest on the middle-aged methods to obtain "confessions"

(Can you see how portuguese drawer have drawn breast for 8-year old girl?)

Joana's stepfather, whose accusation had been essential to the ondemnation, according to the Resident", has recently told the "Evening Standard":-

"Joana's mother never did anything and she was arrested. I am fearful the same thing will happen to Kate McCann. Whenever I watch the news it reminds me of Joana. It is hard."

The Portuguese "Gazeta Digital" accuses the British Medias, surprised of the charges weighing on the one leading the McCann inquiry, of "destroying the reputation of an experienced CID Chief-Inspector", as if it were completely normal a woman be kept awake and interrogated during 48 hours, or beaten-up by a "stairs" with fists and feet, whereas she is deprived of the right to a defence that is guaranteed by the European constitution.

Leonor Cipriano's reputation would be perfectly respected by this report that assures she has chopped Joana and fed the pigs with her body, while forgetting to add that the key witness whose testimony has sent her to prison is now assuring she never did anything.

It is remarkable to note that the "Diario de Noticias", employs one of the co-accused and publishes without shame information that belongs to the so-called "inviolable" secret of the McCann inquiry. It is the "Diario de Noticias" who, as soon as a serious lead to a network had appeared, which has revealed the sniffer dogs found blood in the apartment of the McCann's, that the police suspected the McCann's of murder, then that they had tapped their telephone. A sensational diversion based on thin wind, which will lead to a new denial of fundamental right: that of the freedom of expression.

Indeed, it happens that Portugal prefers to maintain national laws in violation of European laws, rather that to adapt to democracy. It simply requires to a police officer to declare a person "arguido", without necessity of the least evidence of guilt, to ban victims of the right to talk, thus to defend their honour and even to prove their innocence in public.

Portuguese justice and police, who are used to victims without means and of a condescending press, are now outraged the McCann can afford private detectives to search for what they cannot find... or would it be what they oppose to be discovered?

The head of Portugal's criminal police federation said that Portugal does not have legislation in the area and private detectives who intervene in criminal cases cannot exist, according to "The Telegraph".

In normal democratic countries, it is the law that defines what is legal or illegal, and not the gaps in the law. The state monopoles are banned in Europe, which requires a unilateral application, more especially in police matters, in view to oblige state polices to do their duty, rather than allowing them to smother the facts.

The European Parliament might be interested in these countries that impose Europeans, serial contravention to its laws. Meanwhile, Portugal turns out to appear a country not only a very dangerous to live in, but also very dangerous to go on holidays, more particularly in Algarve, where children vanishes, thirteen by dozen.

- People can there can be maintained in prison on an accusation of having chopped a child to pieces and given her to feed the pigs, when three years later; the main witness assures they haven't done anything;

- Tourists can be accused of murdering their child without evidence, and denied the right of searching for them, as it is the role of a police, which proves to be unable to do so.

- Former senior officers can become "sources close to the police", allowed reveal the secrets of unfinished inquiries and harm the reputation of victims, whereas the victims are threatened of prison if they say a word to the same press.

The question is now raised on the export of Portuguese pigs, as Europeans may not be imposed the risk of consuming pigs fed with children.

Missing: Joana and Madeleine

She has lost everything...

She lost her child, she looked for her, spread posters and was in public just like Madeleine's parents and that's why cruel machinery of PJ attacked against her just like they attacked against Madeleine's parents.

I just can't understand this amount of evil in this world.

But I know during one day an end will come.

Matthew 24 4-14

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Did the Portuguese police kidnapped Madeleine Mc Cann?

http://madeleine-mccann-blog.blogspot.com/2008/02/is-portuguese-police-implicated-in.html

"The Spanish media Internet source JM Noticias (JM News) whose address is www.jmnoticias.com published on February 8, 2008 an article in Spanish entitled: ¿Secuestro un policia a Madeleine Mc Cann? Translation: Did a policeman kidnapped Madeleine Mc Cann?

According to the article, while the media have been publishing speculations on Madeleine's case, the author of a blog had predicted that the Portuguese police would declare Gerry and Kate Mc Cann "arguidos" (suspects) as a tactic to conceal the implication of police officers in the abduction and disappearance of Madeleine on May 3, 2007. In the blog titled "master of fate" some unusual and suspicious photographs show Gerry and Kate Mc Cann being closely watched by a policeman shortly before Madeleine vanished. The author of the blog who goes by the anonymous "Inu Yasha" assures his audience that " [...] the Portuguese police has not really being looking for Maddie because they know where she is. The police have instead dedicated to create a hostile environment against her parents so they can charge them with the dead of their daughter." Mr. "Yasha" further continuos by stating that "[...] instead of looking for the little girl since they know where she is, the Portuguese police have been preparing the terrain by working very intensively on creating a favourable public opinion with the end in mind to imprison both parents and close the case."

The article says that in his blog, the author wrote that the Portuguese police is repeating the same tricks used in an earlier and similar case in which the mother of another little girl who was also abducted and disappeared not far from Prai da Luz, was convicted without evidence and after suffering great torture. "It is almost exactly to the case of Leonor Cipriano who was convicted of murdering her daughter Joanna even though there was no proof that the child had died. I believe the little girl was abducted on orders by an international paedophile organisation. Goncalo Amaral from the Portuguese police was assigned to conduct the investigation and was also given the responsibility to investigate Madeleine's case. As in Joanna's case the final outcome in Madeleine's will be the same," wrote the author on his blog. Mr. " Yasha" also stated that in the suspicious pictures one can see Robert Murat in the company of the police and a negro man that was spying on Madeleine before her abduction. In fact, the negro appears in the background of a picture looking at Madeleine while she was playing with her father and the other two children. The blog is located at http://masalladeloobvio.spaces.live.com (in Spanish).

In the opinion of this writer, the information featured in the JM Noticias article on the contents of the blog is not necessarily frivolous nor unfounded. If you would look into the numerous facts and details related to the Portuguese police performance on Madeleine's case since day one, you would probably conclude that it is now a puzzle with too many pieces all scattered and deliberately being kept that way by a sinister veil of secrecy. What or who is the Portuguese police protecting? The answer to this question can only be obtained by conducting a thorough investigation of the Portuguese police itself by an outside force. All the pieces of the puzzle need to be put in place for all to see and understand the truth related to the well-planned and executed abduction of Madeleine Mc Cann. Only then will her father get the answers to his three questions:

1) Who abducted Madeleine
2) Why
3) Where is she being kept

Until the above-mentioned is done the actual situation of uncertainties will continue on while Madeleine suffers in God knows what conditions..."

Third link between Joana and Madeleine: Paulo Pereira Cristovao

There is third link between Joana Cipriano and Madeleine-cases. (Two others are Amaral and Encarnação).

He is Ex-Chief Inspector PAULO PEREIRA CRISTOVAO

THE top cop in the Madeleine McCann case has been accused of covering up evidence that police tortured the mother of another missing girl into confessing to murder.

Leonor Cipriano later recanted her confession, but is serving 16 years’ jail for the murder of her daughter, who vanished in Portugal’s Algarve region three years ago.

The body of Joana Cipriano, 8, has never been found.

Chief Inspector Goncalo Amaral, who heads the Policia Judiciaria in Portimao — the nearest town to Praia da Luz, from where Madeleine vanished — could appear before a secret criminal hearing as early as next month.

He is accused of concealing evidence over allegations that three of his colleagues tortured Cipriano, over 48 hours’ continuous interrogation, to secure a confession.

All four — and a fifth accused of fabricating evidence — deny the allegations. They say Cipriano was injured when she tried to kill herself by throwing herself down police station stairs.

Portugal’s police have faced increasing criticism of their handling of the McCann case. Cipriano was unable to pick out any assailants from among the accused officers. Sources say the prosecutor is now investigating the allegation that police paid outside thugs to beat her up.

One of the police officers accused of involvement in torture in the Cipriano case is recently retired chief inspector Paulo Pereira Cristovao.

He has been writing a daily column on the Madeleine case for a Portuguese newspaper that has been reporting sensational stories leaked by sources close to the police inquiry, some of which have later proved untrue.
He makes it clear he considers the McCanns are probably responsible for Madeleine’s death or disappearance.

Like Chief Insp Amaral, he denies all wrongdoing in the Cipriano case."

So Chief Inspector Paulo Pereira Cristovao, who writes for a Portuguese newspaper Diário de Noticias false stories about the McCann case, is alleged to have been one of the torturers in the Cipriano case. And after that he DARED to write a book about Joana Cipriano (very sensational of course, full of propaganda against Joana's mother just like these columns he has written against McCann's)

"Also book tells of the generosity and commitment of these police that behind the apparent bluntness and irony that mark their bonds of companionship, show its deep humanity." (Google-translation)

Don't know what to say when I´m reading this kind of rubbish.

And now (since December 2007) he's a HEAD of Portugal's new foundation for missing children (Portuguese Association for Missing Children)???

I don´t know what to say again.... I feel there is no justice left in Portugal, just corruption, nothing else.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=501093&in_page_id=1770

Article above is very insulting and aggressive and it shows how disgusting (this is my opinion of him) guy he really is, full of lies and hate against Madeleine's parents.

I believe and I'm sure Joana's mother was a victim of terrible miscarriage of justice. PJ attacked to her to cover the truth about Joana's disappearance and Joana's mother had no chance to defend herself against this huge lynch and propaganda machine, because she is portuguese. Amaral has been accused of covering up evidence in her case. So what were these evidence Amaral covered up? Proved they Joana's mother innocence?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/multimedia/pa/article268226.ece

Amaral has changed to Rebelo, but nothing changed. They all are same stuff in PJ.

I hope somebody could help Joana's mother and saved her from jail. She has suffered all too much.

Leonor Cipriano's husband: 'These cops framed my wife'

http://tinyurl.com/2uv2zg

"By OLIVER HARVEY
Chief Feature Writer
September 08, 2007

THE husband of a Portuguese woman jailed for the murder of her child spoke last night of his fears for Kate McCann.

Leandro Silva said his wife had been set up and he believed police would do the same thing to four-year-old Madeleine’s mother.

He said: “I am worried Kate will be framed for a crime she did not commit, the way it happened to my wife.”

Leandro also demanded that one of the detectives leading the Maddie investigation should be dropped from the case.

Detective Goncalo Amaral has been accused of being involved with beating Leandro’s wife, Leonor Cipriano, during her interrogation over the death of her daughter, Joana, nine.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Leandro said: “Goncalo Amaral shouldn’t still be investigating the McCann case.

“I believe he will be proved to be a bad policeman and a bad operator.

“I don’t believe Kate and Gerry have anything to do with Madeleine’s disappearance.

“I just don’t believe they would do such a thing. After losing Joana I know the pain they are going through. It’s terrible.”

In news that shocked the world Kate McCann was yesterday declared an “arguida” — Portuguese for suspect — in the hunt for Maddie.

And the story of little Joana Cipriano has some chilling echoes of the British child’s disappearance.

Joana vanished on September 12, 2004, just seven miles from the spot where Madeleine went missing on May 3.

The innocent, brown-eyed youngster, her chestnut hair cut into a boyish crop, set off from home in the village of Figueira to collect groceries.

But she never returned. Like Maddie, it was as if Joana had disappeared off the face of the Earth."

THIS is PJ's style to investigate disappearance's of portuguese children!

PJ is full of evil! They are all sadist's! Please save Joana's mother, she is victim of miscarriage of justice, because she only wanted to find her daughter!
